Cooking Directions
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
- 2
Prepare the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Add Sauce and Cheese
Spread the San Marzano tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute it over the sauce.
- 4
Add Toppings
Evenly distribute the hand-cut pepperoni, sliced mushrooms, and green olives over the cheese.
- 5
Season the Pizza
Sprinkle red pepper flakes and fresh oregano over the toppings to taste.
- 6
Bake the Pizza
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone) and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- 7
Slice and Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve hot.
