Make the Boursin Dip
In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, fresh herbs, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Prepare the Tomato Jam
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine diced tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, and salt. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens. Set aside to cool.

Prepare the Neapolitan Bread
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Prepare your Neapolitan bread dough and shape it into desired sizes. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Assemble the Dish
In an oven-safe dish, spread the Boursin dip evenly and top with the cooled tomato jam. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and heated through.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm with the house-baked Neapolitan bread.
