Method
Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Baking Sheets
Line several baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, and stir in vanilla.
Gradually blend in the dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Beat in the molasses and egg until well combined.
Gradually add in the dry mixture and fold in marshmallows.
Drop rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Beat in the egg until fully incorporated.
Gradually add in the dry mixture and fold in crushed peanuts.
Drop rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cornmeal, and salt.
Beat in the eggs until well combined.
Gradually incorporate the dry mixture and fold in the raspberries.
Drop rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
