Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Dough

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

2

Cook the Bacon and Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the fennel sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.

3

Assemble the Pizza

Place the rolled-out pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Layer the thinly sliced potatoes, cooked bacon, fennel sausage, fontina cheese, and pecorino cheese evenly over the dough.

4

Bake the Pizza

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.

5

Cook the Eggs

While the pizza is baking, heat a small skillet over medium heat and fry the eggs sunny-side-up.

6

Finish the Pizza

Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and top with the sunny-side-up eggs. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and chives, and drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
