Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Pork

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Shrimp

In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with a pinch of salt and pepper. Let sit for about 10 minutes.

3

Coat the Meat

In a shallow dish, place cornstarch. Dredge the pork strips in cornstarch, shaking off any excess. Dip into the beaten egg, then back into the cornstarch to coat evenly.

4

Fry the Pork

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork in batches and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

5

Fry the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of oil if needed and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

6

Combine and Serve

In a large bowl, mix the cabbage and radishes. Add the cooked pork and shrimp, drizzle with sweet chili sauce and ponzu, and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
