Prepare the Truffle
Finely shave the black truffle and set aside.

Infuse the Whiskey
In a small saucepan, combine Keeper’s Heart whiskey, whole peppercorns, and fresh tarragon. Heat over low heat for about 5 minutes to infuse the flavors. Do not boil.

Combine and Serve
Strain the infused whiskey into a serving glass. Top with the shaved black truffle and a sprinkle of fresh tarragon. Serve immediately.
