Prepare the mixture
In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the coffee liqueur, creme de cacao, and vodka. Stir well to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Serve with ice cream
In serving glasses, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pour the liqueur mixture over the ice cream until the glasses are filled.
Garnish and enjoy
Optionally, garnish with chocolate shavings or a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Serve immediately and enjoy your Tumbleweed!
