1. Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients and chop the chili and garlic. Rinse the basil leaves and set aside.

2. Heat the Oil

In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

3. Stir-fry Garlic and Chili

Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Cook the Pork

Add the ground pork to the pan and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked.
