1. Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Sauté Aromatics
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables
Add the bell peppers, broccoli, carrot, zucchini, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Season
Pour in the soy sauce, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
6. Serve
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
