Cooking the Pasta
1. Cook the Macaroni
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Reduce heat to low and add the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, crumbled bacon, and chopped lobster meat. Mix until well combined.
Baking
5. Prepare for Baking
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish.
6. Add Topping
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the macaroni and cheese mixture.
7. Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
