In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Gently fold the mixture together with a spatula until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; some lumps are okay.

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with cooking spray or a small amount of butter.
