Blueberry Pancakes

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

    Mix Wet Ingredients

    In another bowl, beat the egg and then mix in the milk and melted butter until well combined.

    Combine Ingredients

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries gently.

    Cook Pancakes

    Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.

Chocolate Chip Pancakes

    In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt thoroughly.

    In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, then add the milk and melted butter, mixing until smooth.
