Mix Custard Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sugar until well combined and the mixture is smooth.

Dip the Bread
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. While it's heating, take a slice of brioche bread and dip it into the custard mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated. Allow any excess custard to drip off.

Cook the French Toast
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Once melted, place the custard-coated brioche slice onto the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with remaining slices, adding more butter as needed.

Serve with Syrup
