Preparation
Prepare the Ahi Tuna
In a bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, and salt. Marinate the ahi tuna in this mixture for about 15 minutes.
Cook Edamame Mash
In a pot, bring water to a boil and add shelled edamame. Cook for 5 minutes until tender, then drain and blend with a little salt until smooth.
Sear the Tuna
Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the marinated tuna for 1-2 minutes on each side until the outside is lightly browned but the inside remains rare. Remove from heat and slice thinly.
Assemble the Dish
On a plate, place a generous spoonful of edamame mash, top with sliced ahi tuna, add seaweed salad on the side, and drizzle with chili crisp. Garnish with black sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
