Method
Preparation of Hibiscus Tea
Steep the Hibiscus Flowers
In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus flowers. Cover and let steep for about 10-15 minutes.
Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the hibiscus tea into a bowl or pitcher to remove the flowers. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Mixing the Drink
Blend Strawberries
In a blender, combine 1 cup of fresh strawberries and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup. Blend until smooth and set aside.
Combine Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, 2 oz of Seedlip Spice 94, and 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice. Add ice and shake well.
Layer the Drink
In a glass filled with ice, first pour the strawberry mixture, then carefully layer the hibiscus and Seedlip mixture on top.

Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
