Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Asparagus
Trim the ends of the asparagus and toss them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the asparagus until tender and slightly crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. Cook the Salmon
In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if necessary and place the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a bowl, gently mix the lump crab meat with chopped green onions, capers, and red pepper flakes. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Assemble the Dish
Once the salmon is cooked, place a generous amount of the crab mixture on top of each salmon fillet. Drizzle with lemon butter before serving.
5. Serve
Arrange the fried asparagus on the side of the plate with the salmon and crab mixture. Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
