1. Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the pork ribs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
2. Bake the Ribs
Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
3. Grill the Ribs
Remove the ribs from the oven, uncover and brush generously with BBQ sauce. Grill over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until caramelized.
4. Cook the Shrimp
In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Add a splash of BBQ sauce for flavor.
5. Serve
Serve the BBQ ribs and shrimp with your choice of two sides and salad with dressing.
