Jumbo jalapeños, shrimp (imported), jack cheese, cilantro, ranch dressing.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for a milder flavor. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Chop the shrimp into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, shredded jack cheese, chopped cilantro, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
Spoon the shrimp mixture into each jalapeño half, filling generously.
Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
