1. Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
2. Grill the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of jack cheese on each chicken breast to melt.
3. Cook the Bacon
