Cheesecake Preparation
1. Prepare the crust
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
2. Make the filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and melted white chocolate chips until fully incorporated.
3. Bake the cheesecake
Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for about 1 hour.
4. Chill
After the cheesecake has cooled to room temperature, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
