Cooking BBQ Pork Ribs

1. Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.

2. Rub the Ribs

Generously apply the dry rub to both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated.

3. Slow Cook the Ribs

Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

4. Grill the Ribs

Once the ribs are tender, remove them from the oven and preheat your grill. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and grill for about 5-10 minutes on each side until caramelized.
