Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Season the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the spices evenly over the meat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pork

Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and shreds easily with a fork.

  3. 3

    Make the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Toss until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  4. 4

    Shred the Pork

Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Mix the shredded pork with the house BBQ sauce.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

Serve the pulled pork on a bun or plate, topped with coleslaw and house pickles.
