Directions
- 1
Cooking the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
- 2
Preparing the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add red chili flakes and cook for another minute.
- 3
Adding Lobster and Wine
Add the lobster meat to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Pour in white wine, allowing it to simmer for about 3-4 minutes until reduced by half.
- 4
Finishing the Sauce
Stir in the heavy cream, and allow to simmer for another 2-3 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- 5
Combining Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 6
Garnishing
Chop fresh parsley and sprinkle over the top before serving.
