Method

Burger Preparation

1

Prepare the Burger Patty

In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently to form two equal-sized patties.

2

Cook the Burger

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Add cheese slices on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.

3

Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns lightly. Place the cooked patty on the bottom bun, layer with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and your choice of ketchup and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Preparation

4

Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips for fries. Rinse in cold water and pat dry.

5

Season and Bake

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the potato strips in olive oil, salt, and paprika. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

6

Bake the Fries

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
