Preparation

1

Prepare the Vegetables

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Trim the asparagus and cut the yellow squash and zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

3

Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the asparagus, squash, and zucchini with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper until well coated.

4

Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have grill marks.

5

Prepare the Tomatoes

While the vegetables are grilling, slice the tomatoes in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.

6

Broil the Tomatoes

Place the baking sheet under the broiler for about 5 minutes, or until the tomatoes are slightly charred and soft.

7

Serve

Arrange the grilled vegetables on a platter and serve hot with the broiled tomatoes on the side.
