Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully make a pocket in each airline chicken breast. Stuff each pocket with 2 oz of herb cheese.

2

Sear the Chicken

In a large oven-safe skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Sear the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

3

Make the Lemon Butter

In a small bowl, mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter with lemon juice and minced garlic. Stir until combined.

4

Bake the Chicken

Pour the lemon butter mixture over the seared chicken breasts. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

5

Garnish and Serve

Remove the skillet from the oven, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
