Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece in flour, shaking off the excess.

Sauté the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.

Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add the butter and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the capers and white wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.

Finish the Dish

Stir in the lemon juice and return the chicken to the skillet. Coat the chicken in the sauce and let it cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with the sauce drizzled over the top.
