Preparation Directions

1

Prepare the Roasted Garlic Aioli

In a bowl, mix the roasted garlic cloves with mayonnaise and a tablespoon of Scorpion Pepper Sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Jalapeños

Slice jalapeños and roast them in a pan with a bit of Scorpion Pepper Sauce until tender. Set aside.

3

Form the Burger Patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.

4

Grill the Patties

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. In the last minute of grilling, add a slice of Pepper-Jack cheese on top of each patty to melt.

5

Assemble the Burger

Slice the sesame seed buns in half. Spread the roasted garlic aioli on the bottom half of each bun. Place the grilled burger patty with melted cheese on top. Layer with fried jalapeño coins, lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, red onion, and roasted jalapeños. Drizzle with additional Scorpion Pepper Sauce if desired. Top with the other half of the bun.
