Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth, remove the stems if necessary, and slice them into even pieces.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 3

    Cook the Mushrooms

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and have released their moisture.

  4. 4

    Add Cheeses

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the mushrooms and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts and coats the mushrooms.

  5. 5

    Finish with Swiss Cheese

Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top. Cover the skillet for a couple of minutes to allow the cheese to melt.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your sautéed mushrooms as a side dish or topping!
