Preparation Directions
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
Season the Cauliflower
In a separate small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until they are golden and crispy.
Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the buffalo sauce over the top. Toss to coat the florets evenly with the sauce.
Final Bake
Return the coated cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve
Serve hot with celery sticks and a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
