Prepare the Broth
In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, chopped tomatoes, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 15 minutes until the tomatoes break down.

Cook the Ramen Noodles
In a separate pot, boil water and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Chashu Pork
Slice the chashu pork into thin pieces and set aside.

Assemble the Ramen
In serving bowls, add a portion of noodles. Pour the hot tomato broth over the noodles. Top with slices of chashu pork, chopped green onions, and additional toppings if desired.
