Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fillets with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Heat the Pan
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it's shimmering.
- 3
Sear the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and the salmon is cooked halfway through.
- 4
Flip and Finish Cooking
Carefully flip the salmon fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness.
- 5
Serve
Remove the salmon from the skillet, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, and garnish with fresh dill before serving.
