Peel and shred the green papaya using a grater or food processor. Place the shredded papaya in a bowl.

Prepare the Papaya

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the red chili peppers. Add them to the bowl with the shredded papaya.

Add Other Ingredients

In a separate small bowl, combine the fish sauce, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Mix well.

Make the Dressing

Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to combine thoroughly.

Combine Salad and Dressing

If desired, sprinkle crushed peanuts on top before serving. Serve immediately.
