1. Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and chop them as required. Make sure the cooked rice is chilled for best results.
2. Cook the Proteins
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the duck, BBQ pork, or seafood and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. Sauté Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Sauté the diced onion, garlic, carrots, and peas until they are tender, about 3-5 minutes.
4. Add Rice and Eggs
