Salmon

Rémoulade Sauce

Method

Prepare the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Apply Marinade

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure each fillet is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Rémoulade Sauce

  1. 3

    Mix Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped capers, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Stir until well blended.

  2. 4

    Season

Taste the sauce and add salt and black pepper to your preference. Adjust flavors as necessary.

Grill the Salmon

  1. 5

    Preheat Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.

  2. 6

    Grill Salmon

Remove salmon from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 7

    Rest Salmon

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Serve the grilled salmon fillets with a generous dollop of rémoulade sauce on top or on the side.
