Cover the seasoned ribs with plastic wrap and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
Making the BBQ Sauce

In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, liquid smoke, and hot sauce. Stir well to combine.
