Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon fillets and coat them evenly. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is hot, place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Remoulade Sauce

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped capers, chopped pickles, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and hot sauce until well combined.

  2. 5

    Chill the Sauce

Cover the remoulade sauce and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon is grilled, remove it from the grill and serve it on a plate. Spoon a generous amount of remoulade sauce over the salmon.

  2. 7

    Garnish and Enjoy

Garnish with extra parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy your delicious grilled salmon with remoulade!
