Salad Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salad Base

Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes, peel and slice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh, cutting it into cubes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Eggs

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the saucepan and remove from heat. Let the eggs sit for 12 minutes. Afterward, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool, then peel and slice them.

Cooking the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before flaking.

Assembling the Salad

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado. Gently toss to mix the ingredients.

  2. 5

    Add Protein and Toppings

Top the salad with the grilled salmon, sliced eggs, crumbled bacon, feta cheese, and chopped parsley.
