1. Prepare the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into cubes. In a bowl, mix the bread cubes with duck fat, herbs, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
