Prepare the Miso Butter
In a small bowl, mix the miso paste with softened unsalted butter until well combined. Set aside.

Marinate the Sea Bass
In a shallow dish, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and honey. Add the Chilean sea bass fillets and coat well. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cook the Sea Bass
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated sea bass fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Serve
Remove the sea bass from the skillet and transfer to plates. Drizzle with any remaining miso butter and garnish with chopped fresh chives before serving.
