Prepare the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook the Tomatoes

Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Add the Shrimp

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Add Feta

Reduce heat to low and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the shrimp and tomatoes. Allow it to melt slightly, about 2 minutes.

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm with crusty bread or over rice.
