Method
Preparation of Pasticcio
Cook the Macaroni
Boil the macaroni until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Prepare the Meat Sauce
In a skillet, sauté onions until translucent, add ground beef, cook until browned, then add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer.
Preparation of Moussaka
Prepare the Vegetables
Fry or bake the eggplant and potato slices until tender.
Cook the Meat Filling
Sauté onions until translucent, add ground lamb, cook until browned, then add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
Layer and Bake
Layer potatoes, eggplants, and the meat mixture in a baking dish. Top with prepared bechamel sauce and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Preparation of Gyro Meat
Preparation of Tiropita, Spanakopita, and Dolma
Prepare the Filling
Mix feta cheese and cooked spinach for tiropita and spanakopita filling.
Assemble the Pastries
Layer filo pastry with filling and fold to create triangles or rolls. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until golden.
Prepare Dolma
Stuff grape leaves with rice mixture and roll tightly. Simmer in a pot with water and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Preparation of Orzo
Cook the Orzo
In a pot, heat olive oil, add orzo, and toast for a few minutes. Add vegetable broth and salt, and simmer until orzo is cooked.
