Method
Brewing the Tea

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 tea bags. Allow them to steep for about 5 minutes.

Remove Tea Bags
After steeping, remove the tea bags and discard them. If you prefer a stronger tea, you can steep for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Sweetening the Tea (optional)

Add Sugar
If you prefer sweetened iced tea, add 1 cup of granulated sugar to the hot tea and stir until fully dissolved.

Add Lemon Juice and Mint
Stir in 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and add 5 mint leaves for extra flavor. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Chilling the Tea

Cool the Tea
Once the tea has cooled to room temperature, transfer it to a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
