Method

Slice the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into strips, about 1 inch wide, to create chicken tenders.

In a bowl, season the chicken strips with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well to ensure even coating.

Prepare Breading Stations
In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour, cornstarch, and a mixture of eggs and milk (whisked together). In a fourth bowl, add the breadcrumbs.

Heat Oil
In a large skillet or frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Chicken Tenders
Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
