Chicken Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 3
Add BBQ Sauce
In the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the BBQ sauce on both sides of the chicken breasts, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
- 4
Rest the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Coleslaw Preparation
- 5
Mix Coleslaw Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- 6
Chill the Coleslaw
Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
