Method
Brewing the Tea

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves. Stir gently to combine.

Infuse
Let the tea leaves steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Strain Tea
After steeping, strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl or pitcher to remove the tea leaves.

While the tea is still warm, stir in 1 tablespoon of sugar until dissolved. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
Assembling the Drink

Fill a glass with ice cubes, about 1 cup.

Pour the cooled Thai tea over the ice in the glass, filling it about 3/4 full.
