Shrimp Chips

Spicy Dip

Method

Shrimp Chips Preparation

1

Prepare the Shrimp Mixture

In a blender or food processor, combine the shrimp, tapioca flour, rice flour, salt, black pepper, and water. Blend until a smooth paste forms.

2

Shape the Chips

Transfer the shrimp mixture into a piping bag or a plastic bag with a corner cut off. Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in small circles or desired chip shapes.

3

Dry the Chips

Let the piped shrimp mixture dry at room temperature for about 3-4 hours or until completely firm.

4

Fry the Chips

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the dried shrimp chips in small batches and fry until they puff up and turn golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Spicy Dip Preparation

5

Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and well blended.

6

Adjust Flavor

Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning with additional salt or Sriracha according to your preference for spice.
