Preparation
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Captain Morgan rum, peach schnapps, and white peach purée. Shake well to combine.
Prepare the Glass
Fill a champagne flute or a large wine glass with the mixture up to halfway.
Add Sparkling Wine
Top the glass with the sparkling wine, pouring gently to avoid overflow.
Finish with Sangria
Add the sangria on top for an extra fruity flavor and a beautiful color gradient.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of fresh white peach or a sprig of mint, if desired.
