Blend the Peach Slush
In a blender, combine the frozen peach slices and ice. Blend until smooth and slushy. Set aside.
Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, add the Bulleit bourbon and fresh lime juice. Shake well to combine.
Combine with Ginger Beer
Fill a glass with the peach slush and pour the bourbon and lime mixture over it. Top with ginger beer.
Garnish
Garnish with fresh mint leaves for added flavor and a refreshing touch.
