1. Prepare the Cilantro-Lime Sour Cream
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with lime juice and chopped fresh cilantro. Set aside.
2. Layer the Nachos
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the chips.
3. Add Toppings
Evenly distribute the black beans, pico de gallo, and the remaining cheese on top of the chips.
4. Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Serve
Remove the nachos from the oven and top with dollops of guacamole, cilantro-lime sour cream, and extra cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
